Other
This agreement shall be governed by a construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas without giving effect to any principles or conflicts or law. In the event of any litigation involving this Agreement or the performance by the parties thereto, such actions shall be brought in a court in Travis County, Texas. If any provision of this agreement shall be unlawful, void or for any other reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from this agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
